If you’re wanting to pool to be heated during your stay, an additional $150 will be added to your stay. The lawn and house are professionally treated for pests, but just a reminder that the backyard is outside in Florida. The weekly lawn service does clear/remove leaves and debris.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean and comfortable and the backyard was well maintained with lots of space to relax and play. The location was great. The neighborhood was quiet and we could get to everything within 10 minutes max (beach, shopping, restaurants, grocery store, etc.). The house was well stocked, more so than most places we have stayed, and I can't think of one thing I needed that was missing. I would definitely recommend this house and would stay there again in a heartbeat if we go back to Amelia Island.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The backyard was a highlight—the pool was sparkling clean when we arrived, and the hosts even had it cleaned again during our stay, which was such a thoughtful touch. Communication was excellent; they were friendly, responsive, and made sure we felt welcome from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again—highly recommend!

This house was perfect for a girls weekend. We needed somewhere with comfortable beds and a clean/inviting space and we got it. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a full meal. The location is only a short drive to the downtown area. We spent most of our time in/by the pool. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Definitely recommend this house for a girls weekend!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The backyard was absolutely perfect — the pool was a highlight for the whole family and the outdoor space was ideal for both relaxing and having fun. Inside, the house was just as great: the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, which made things easy. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, and their local recommendations helped us make the most of our time on the island. We had an amazing stay at this house! The home was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The highlight was definitely the pool—clean, well-maintained, and perfect for lounging in the Florida sun. The outdoor space was private and peaceful, making it hard to leave! The location was great, close to local attractions, restaurants, and the beach. The hosts were responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again. This place was such a cute getaway for a girls weekend. Close to downtown and super close to the beach. The house was great and cute loved all the wallpaper themed Florida rooms. Beds were comfy! Host was great in every way, great communication .

Wonderful backyard oasis with very comfortable house. Fit our needs perfectly. We were able to bike to the beach and a few restaurants. Elizabeth and Jon were very responsive and in our situation flexible when they could be with check in and out. Highly recommend.

We had the best time staying here! The location is great, just down the road from the beach, minutes to all the restaurants and downtown. It is located in the cutest neighborhood, felt very safe. The house is clean and well cared for. The pool is an amazing bonus, with amazing outdoor amenities - lay out chairs, rocking chairs, fire pit, pool floats, putting green. The house has everything you need from soaps to linens to kitchen utensils. The hosts are very gracious and have very quick response times. We highly recommend this place and hope to stay here again!
